Online Ticketing FAQ

Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
 
How do I purchase a ticket online? 
Purchasing a ticket online has never been easier.  To start, simply click on the showtime.  You will be taken to our checkout.
 
When and where can I pick up my on-line ticket purchase? 
Tickets must be picked up at the boxoffice. To keep up with all the breaking news about The Beacon sign up for our e-mail newsletter. Just go back to the homepage and put your e-mail address in the box on the bottom right of the page. You can unsubscribe at anytime (but why would you want to?) and we won’t share your e-mail with anyone or use it for anything but news of The Beacon and our sister cinema The Triplex+. 
 
How far in advance can I purchase tickets? 
You may purchase tickets for any film with a scheduled showtime. Use the drop down menu on the Showtimes page to see what days are available 
 
How close to showtime can I order tickets online? 
With our new system, tickets are available right up to showtime. 
 
When and where can I pick up my tickets? 
You may pick up your tickets any time during theater hours, either at the box office or the concession stand. The theater opens 1/2 hour before the first show of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last show. You must have the credit card used to purchase the tickets or a copy of the confirmation page in order to pick up your tickets. 
 
Can I buy tickets for a film that has not opened? 
Yes, as long as it has a scheduled showtime. 
 
I receive your schedule by e-mail. Can I buy tickets right then? 
Yes! Click on the movie poster or title and then select the showtime you would like.
 
Will everything at The Beacon be available for advance ticketing online? 
Some special presentations may not be available online. But we anticipate that all of our regular programming will be.
